JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Johnstown police are trying to identify a man they said robbed a Family Dollar in Dale Borough.
Video shows a man entering the store and demanding money from the cash register.
The video was given to 6 News by a store employee, who said the suspect walked away with over $200 in cash.
Johnstown police said the suspect was said to have a weapon, but no weapon was shown.
University Park, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say a Penn State student is facing charges after he allegedly posted a bomb threat on the social media app Yik Yak.
Police say Henry Hyduke, 20, of Fair Haven, New Jersey, faces one misdemeanor count of making terroristic threats to cause a serious public inconvenience, according to online court records.
Investigators say on August 24, the FBI National Threat Operations Center was notified bomb threat posted on the social media platform Yik Yak.
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa (WJAC) — Its move-in weekend at Penn State which means thousands are coming to State College and other university campuses for the start of the fall semester.
But the return to on-campus classes has sparked controversy over Penn State's decision NOT to require vaccinations.

(WLOS) — In a report released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday, the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health, a CDC agency that conducts research and provides training, data and publication, said first responders are at a high risk of occupational exposure to traumatic events and stress.
Included in the technical list by the CDC were firefighters (structural and wildland), law enforcement officers, EMS clinicians and corrections personnel.
LIGONIER, Pa. (WJAC) — Idlewild & SoakZone will kick off its 144th season this weekend, park officials say.
The park will open Saturday.
Officials say military will get into the park for free during Memorial Day weekend and there will be new foods and events to welcome guests back.

JOHNSTOWN - The annual Jehovah's Witnesses convention draws thousands of visitors to the Cambria County War Memorial Arena each year.
"All the hotels in Johnstown are all sold out, thanks to the Jehovah's Witnesses convention," said Melissa Radovanic, director at Crown American Hotels.
"The Holiday Inn, as well as hotels in Richland Township, Ebensburg, Altoona and Somerset are sold out."
This is the fourth year the convention has been held in the city.
OSCEOLA MILLS -- Clearfield District Attorney Bill Shaw said the suspect in a double homicide in Clearfield County has been found dead.
Shaw said the body of 26-year-old Cody Bush was found near Route 53 in Ashland. Shaw said it appeared he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Bill Shaw said state police were called to a home on Curtin Street in Osceola Mills Friday morning for a domestic incident involving gunshots.
Some maple camp owners in Somerset County said today was their final day of boiling for syrup.
Baer Brothers Maple Camp Co-owner Mike Lynch said, “In our area almost everyone has finished making syrup. We have maybe a quarter of the producers still at it, but if you move north here a couple hours to where it didn't get as warm those producers are really making syrup and have the ideal weather conditions.
UPDATE:Huntingdon County, PA — The victim of Saturday's drowning in Huntingdon County has been identified by local school district leaders.
Bellefonte Area High School Principal, Mike Fedisson, announcing that 16-year-old Nathan Dan was killed in a swimming accident at Raystown Lake.
Fedisson says Dan was a student at the school, and was most recently in athletics, including on the school's lacrosse team.
He says, "counseling services will be available for students and staff who may need assistance in coping with the loss.
