BALTIMORE (TND) — The search for the six people missing after Tuesday morning's Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore is over. It was replaced with a new recovery phase as of 7:30 p.m., the U.S. Coast Guard announced. The change was based on the amount of time those people would've been in the cold water, and doubts they will be found alive. There are also concerns about the safety of first responders, considering the amount of bridge structure debris in the water.

Jackson Township police say the investigation began in mid-March after they learned that a woman, later identified as 46-year-old Sarah Byrne, had been repeatedly harassing staff members at the office of Magisterial District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi.

PSP IDs victim of fatal crash in Barr Township

UPDATE | Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — State police have identified the victim of Monday's fatal crash in Barr Township. Investigators say 48-year-old Shawn Weiland, of Clymer, was killed when his SUV traveled off of Route 553, down an embankment and struck several trees. Authorities say the crash occurred just before 10 a.m. and closed the roadway for an extended period of time. Police say Weiland was pronounced dead at the scene.
