Second eaglet hatches in PA Farm Country Nest

Another eaglet has hatched in the PA Farm Country Eagle Nest, the game commission said Friday morning. The eggs were laid in February. The game commission has partnered with HDOnTAP and Comcast Business to provide a live look at the eagles' nest, nuzzled high up in a sycamore tree in Pennsylvania farmland. 14-year-old turns himself in for Southeast DC shooting that injured 16-year-old

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A 14-year-old from Southeast D.C. turned himself in Sunday for a shooting in April thatleft a 16-year-old injured, according to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officials. Officers responded to the reported shooting in the 1500 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast on April 26 around 2:33 p.m. When they arrived, officers found a 16-year-old with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

2 killed in I-99 crash in Blair County identified

ALLEGHENY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WJAC) — Two women killed in a crash Monday night in Allegheny Township have been identified. The Blair County coroner identified the women as 37-year-old Sabrina Fowler and 52-year-old Valerie Jenkins. The two were pronounced dead at the scene of thethree-car collision on I-99 at the 29.5-mile marker. According to state police, a driver lost control of a car, crossed the median and went airborne into the southbound lanes.

2017 champs Altoona Curve start 2018 season Thursday

ALTOONA - The 2017 Eastern League champions Altoona Curve begin their 20th season Thursday night. The Curve start their 2018 campaign with a three-game set against the Akron Rubberducks at People Natural Gas Field.
